The Courtyard House can be arranged as a stand alone dwelling, but is most effective when configured as terraced housing.

Each home can “borrow” from the neighboring modules, allowing for flexible layouts and dwellings in varying sizes.
Outdoor living on both sides.

The house offers smaller outdoor spaces on both the entrance side and adjacent to the kitchen and dining area.

The dining space is naturally lit and opens toward the more private courtyard, which ties together all rooms and shared living areas.

Sustainable timber modules minimum DGNB Gold

The construction is based on prefabricated wooden modules, ensuring a sustainable solution that meets at least DGNB Gold certification standards.
