The concept is designed to strengthen a strong sense of neighbourhood while creating room for privacy—where both the private garden and good neighbourly relations are central to the design.

A Courtyard for Encounters and Community

Instead of building in a straight row, the concept forms a compact terraced‑house environment of 1–3 storeys, organised around a shared arrival courtyard. This central space naturally invites interaction and everyday encounters among residents.

Private Gardens Facing Outwards

On the outer side, each home has its own private garden with a terrace and a small lawn framed by flowering shrubs.

Homes for Diverse Households

The homes vary in size, making the neighbourhood attractive to a broad mix of residents. Depending on the developer’s vision, the concept can accommodate units ranging from 2‑room to 4‑room homes.
