From Farmbuildings to Homes – New life for the village

A unique housing project where the history and charm of an old farm property are combined with modern, sustainable construction.

We aim to transform a classic elongated farmstead into a new residential community consisting of 1214 stylish townhouses, created with respect for the sites history and surroundings.

Vision: Our project seeks to preserve the authentic character of the existing farm buildings and transform them into homes that meet future needs for sustainability, community, and quality of life.

Preservation of existing structures: We reuse and convert the existing buildings to maintain the original architectural expression and minimize the CO? footprint.

Red brick, timber beams, and old constructions are preserved where possible and combined with modern materials.

Attractive homes in rural surroundings: The former stables and barns are converted into 1214 townhouses of varying sizes.

Each home will have its own garden or terrace as well as access to shared green areas and the courtyard.
