The concept is based on using load‑bearing, room‑sized timber modules, fully completed at the factory, as the primary structural elements of the building.
Between these modules, timber floor elements are spanned—designed in full compliance with current regulations.
Lightweight façade elements are mounted onto the floor edges.
The exterior finish is optional and can be adapted to the local context.
A product with short construction time, high quality, and strong economic performance.
The idea is to create bright and flexible housing layouts in varying sizes, starting with a standard 2‑ or 3‑room home of approximately 76 m².
Depending on the distance between the load‑bearing modules, additional apartment sizes can be achieved.
Shown here is a 96 m² home with up to three bedrooms.
It appears reasonable to build this concept up to six storeys.
