ONV Shared – Generationbased holiday concept

ONV Shared is an innovative and meaningful holiday home – designed for those who wish to purchase a sustainable getaway together with family or friends.

ONV Shared makes it possible to live more meaningfully – and more affordably – when several generations or friends buy a holiday home together.

The architecture draws on the archetype of the four‑winged courtyard, with a main house and a shared courtyard as the central communal zones.

The individual housing modules can be combined in various ways, allowing you to withdraw and enjoy privacy whenever needed.

Naturally, it is entirely up to you how many modules you wish to start with – and you can always add more later. The house appears both simple and distinctive at the same time.

The steep 52‑degree roof pitch and the unique break along the ridge create a form that is unusual for holiday homes, while also providing space for lofts with full standing height.

The truncated roof shape ensures a sense of intimacy despite the generous ceiling height. The narrow and refined building body, only 4.1 metres wide, is equally unconventional, creating an exceptional closeness to nature on both sides.

It takes only a short time in the house before you experience the pleasant, bright and life‑giving spaces with exposed ridge ceilings, large sliding doors opening to the outdoors, and timber surfaces stretching as far as the eye can see.

ONV Shared is available with 3 to 10 rooms. Built areas range from 94 m² to 177 m², with options for individual customisation.
