Senior Annex – Home for several generations

A senior annex designed as a sustainable and affordable dwelling, intended to be placed in the front or back garden.

The concept supports multigenerational living, allowing the older generation to move into an age‑friendly annex while the younger family takes over the main house.

The solution is a sustainable prefabricated timber unit of approximately 60 m² with an integrated covered terrace.

The architecture features a modern, bright, and open design with large windows that connect the home to the garden.

The project was developed by ONV Arkitekter in 2025 and forms part of the Affordable Housing concept, which focuses on economically accessible and functional housing solutions.
