Cultivating community with room for privacy The concept is developed to strengthen a strong sense of neighbourliness while creating space for privacy – placing both the private garden and good neighbourly relations at the centre of the design.

A courtyard for meetings and community Instead of building in a straight row, the concept creates a compact townhouse environment of 1–3 storeys, organised around a shared arrival courtyard.

This central space naturally invites encounters and interaction among residents.

Private gardens on the outer edge On the outer side, each home has its own private townhouse garden with a terrace and a small lawn framed by flowering shrubs.

Homes for different households The homes vary in size, making the neighbourhood attractive to a diverse mix of residents. Depending on the developer’s vision, the concept can accommodate units ranging from one‑bedroom to three‑bedroom homes.
