Urban Living 03 –    Co-Living

We present a new housing concept based on fewer, but smarter, square metres in each dwelling, constructed from prefabricated timber boxes of up to 4–6 storeys.

The dwellings are envisioned as 2- to 4-room units within this 4–6 storey housing or co‑living community, offering a varied range of shared spaces.

This approach provides good and affordable homes for the city’s residents and helps ensure a socially mixed urban environment.

The project is intended to be built using sustainable timber modules or flat elements, targeting a minimum DGNB Gold certification.

Venligbolig Plus in Frederiksberg has served as an inspiration for this concept.
